At Reflections Medical PC, we take pride in providing individualized services and building long-lasting relationships with our patients. We believe in providing care that is respectful of and responsive to individual client preferences.
While independent research is helpful for educational purposes, it does not compare to an individualized consultation with our team. A visit to our office will go beyond general information and provide a personalized, specific treatment plan to provide the best options for you. During the consultation, we will examine your area of concern, review your medical history, review any medications you might be taking, and answer your questions and concerns in depth. Your well-being is always our top priority.

Reflections Medical was born from Dr. Mosier’s belief that aesthetic services should be available in a welcoming, warm, and serene spa-like environment. As there was no MedSpa boutique in Kalamazoo, Shaza along with her brother, Dr. Ahed Zayzafoon, decided to fill the void by creating Reflections Medical in 2016.
As a board-certified physician with background in dermatology, Dr. Mosier is proud to offer the most innovative aesthetic procedures and techniques in a relaxed setting. Of all the services available at Reflections, her favorite is the liquid facelift because of clients’ instant transformation and satisfaction when they see their enhanced appearance. Dr. Mosier has more than seven years of injectable experience and believes in continually learning new skills, so she invests up to 40 hours a year in advanced training. She brings her leading-edge skills to her clients by offering individual treatment plans and customized care.
When she isn’t working, Dr. Mosier enjoys spending time with family and traveling. She favorite destination is Italy. “It felt like walking through history and experiencing museums at every turn”
Dr. Zayzofoon’s passion for aesthetic services comes from his desire to help clients enhance their best features, making them feel better happier about their appearance. A board-certified physician, Dr. Z (as he’s known at Reflections Medical), brings a background in dermatology and more than 10 years of experience with injectable therapies to Reflections Medical. Dr. Zayzafoon’s superb skill with injectables is evident when he performs his favorite service: lip and cheek fillers. Fillers are his most-loved service because he enjoys seeing clients instantly experience increased confidence. He feels happiness himself when clients send selfies to him expressing their satisfaction and joy.
Outside of work, Dr. Z enjoys biking, watching Netflix, and is a foodie. He appreciates exploring new restaurants and different cuisines. Traveling is also important to him, and his favorite destination has been Hawaii where he experienced beautiful nature hikes.
Allisha is one of our practice managers as well as a body contouring specialist and laser technician. She has always had a passion for helping people. With that she has taken a great interest in health, wellness, and aesthetics. She absolutely loves building relationships with our clients, has a passion for helping them feel their absolute best and always wants to provide you all with the best experience she can at our Med Spa! In her free time, she loves to travel, spend quality time with her husband, their 3 young adult sons, whipping something up in the kitchen or enjoying the great outdoors, especially the beaches.
Diana: is an Aesthetic Consultant and Nurse Specialist. She has worked in the medical field for 13+ years with most of that time spent in the Emergency Department. She truly enjoys working with people and establishing lasting and trusting relationships, therefore her jump to aesthetics is a natural progression in her nursing career. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident and to absolutely love your results. Outside of the office she is, with her husband, raising two sweet babies with their roots planted firmly in the Kalamazoo community. Diana looks forward to meeting you and making you feel beautiful: inside and out.
Jillian: is an Aesthetic Consultant and Nurse Specialist. She has worked in the medical field for almost 25 years in various areas of expertise. It is her passion to help clients look and feel their very best by enhancing their features using non-surgical, non-invasive treatments. Nothing makes her happier than seeing someone achieve their desired results, glowing with happiness in their own skin. In her spare time, she enjoys quality time with her husband, their four mini dachshunds and the great outdoors.
Madison is an esthetician trained at the Denver School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics, specializing in advanced exfoliation, acne treatments, and brow and lash services. With a passion for transforming skin and enhancing natural beauty, Madison is dedicated to helping clients feel their best with a blend of effective treatments and a personal touch. When not in the treatment room, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or relaxing at the beach.
Kyle recently moved to Michigan from Denver Colorado. He has 18 years of experience specializing in Myofascial Deep Tissue bodywork. He’s a musician, a painter and a cat and dog dad.
I am a recent massage therapist graduate and recently married to my amazing husband! I am passionate about massage and finding solutions and relief to pain and discomfort. My favorite way to approach this is with deep tissue work and various stretching and tool work.
I’m currently studying at Kellogg Community college to be a Physical Therapist Assistant. My plan is to take that information and create a functional approach to massage to find the root of the pain and produce relief. In my spare time I love to work out and be active, cook/ bake delicious recipes and sew.
Allison has been a cosmetologist since 2015. She is the mother of 2 littles. Although she loves to do all things hair, she specializes in vivid color. Allison is a people person and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients. Allisons hobbies include painting, writing, and singing music and excursions to fun events with my boys on time off. Continuing education is also a high priority within her career.
Gillian: is a licensed cosmetologist with over 30 years of experience. She loved it when she started and still loves doing it today. Her guests (women, men, or kids) are her priority whether that be haircutting, coloring, waxing, and styling to match their desires.
Rachel: has been on her hair journey for almost 20 years and still enjoys learning new and trendy techniques to give each guest the best experience possible. She specializes in color and working with all hair textures. Whether she is meeting a new guest and giving them a whole new look or seeing a familiar face to maintain their look, each day is different and that’s what Rachel loves most about her job.
Dana: years experience, she has never met a blonde look she didn't love. Finding ways to create subtle or dramatic dimension is also a passion. She looks forward to getting to know every individual who sits in her chair. Helping them look and feel their best.
Sarah: Her passion for all things hair is strong. 9 years of experience and never getting bored creating texture with a fun perm or that perfect cut. Helping guest look and feel their best.
Chelsea: Chelsea has been working behind the chair for 11 years. She loves creating a low-maintenance appearance with Balayage or Foliage. She lives for the dimension color has to offer. Outside of work she enjoys her family, friends and fur babies, Rocco & Rose.
Sheila: is a skilled and experienced nail artist with a genuine passion for nails and building relationships with our satisfied guests. She has been a licensed cosmetologist for 9+ years but began to focus mainly on nails in 2020. She loves good challenges with nail art, specializing in pedicures, manicures, gel polish, and acrylic nails. She is also a certified lash technician and loves helping her clients feel even more beautiful. When Sheila is not in the salon, she enjoys playing coed softball and volleyball year-round, and spending time with family and friends.
I have been in the spa industry for the past 8 years. Both concierge and management with a focus on improving guest experience. Moved back from Dallas recently to be back with family. On weekends my husband and I spend our time by the pool or watching sports. I have three cats, Miss Maggie May, Tottie and Penelope.
Hi, I’m Maddy! I graduated from Western Michigan University with my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. In my free time, I love trying new foods and cooking — but nothing makes me happier than spending time with my two cats, Mocha and Pixie 🙂
Emily: is a client concierge specialist with a background in Kinesiology. She has a passion for providing exceptional customer service with a proven track record of building strong relationships. Emily excels in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Forever in pursuit of a balanced life, she enjoys spending time with my family, exploring, cooking, connecting, and creating.
Heidi: is a client concierge specialist at our St Joseph, Michigan location. She has worked in the medical field for over 20 years but redirected her passion of helping people in the hospital setting to helping people achieve their aesthetic goals. She believes that how a person feels on the outside reflects how they feel on the inside. She is experienced with clients and guests with a variety of different needs. Outside the office, she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband and their 2 boys (#soccermom) and at the beach. Can’t wait for you to stop by our office.
