Erbium Ablative Laser Treatments
Erbium laser resurfacing is designed to remove superficial and moderately deep lines and wrinkles on the face, hands, neck, and chest. The Erbium laser results in a narrower area of heating of adjacent tissues compared with other laser skin-resurfacing methods. This results in a more focused removal of old skin cell layers with minimal burning of surrounding tissue.
Results:
Improvement in the texture and tone of skin. Elimination of fine lines and reduction of deeper lines. Removal of keratosis lesions.
What it Treats:
An ablative treatment to address superficial to deep lines almost anywhere on the body. Also used for the treatment of keratosis reductions and pore size reduction. This treatment will even out skin tones and treat most hyperpigmentation issues. Safe for use on only Fitzpatrick skin types 1 through 4.
Recovery Time & Side Effects
60 minutes
4 to 7 days redness, peeling, tenderness, and swelling. This healing period may persist longer for certain individuals receiving deeper treatment depths.
