Our Policy


Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. In the event of a no call/no show, the full cost of the service (100%) will be charged. This policy helps us respect the time of our staff and other clients.
